You or your family can contact Envigor directly, or your GP or hospital can refer you. We’ll discuss your situation and begin arranging care as soon as possible.
Can palliative care be funded through Support at Home?
Yes. Palliative care can be funded through Support at Home under clinical and personal support categories, or provided privately if you prefer.
How often will carers or nurses visit?
That depends on your needs. We can provide daily visits, overnight stays or 24-hour care if required.
Do you offer respite for families?
Yes. We can step in to give family carers time to rest, attend appointments or take a break, while ensuring care continues seamlessly.
What if my needs change quickly?
We respond promptly. Our team can increase visits, coordinate clinical reviews and adjust care plans as needs evolve.
Do you provide after-hours or overnight support?
Yes. We offer flexible scheduling, including after-hours and overnight care when required.
