How it works

Start with your aged care assessment

Visit My Aged Care or phone 1800 200 422 to request an assessment. Once you’ve been assessed and know your Support At Home level, we’ll use your assessment to build a care plan that makes the most of your funding.

2.

Get to know your local Envigor care team

Our experienced Care Services Manager and Care Co-ordinators will pair you with friendly qualified carers in your area. If you’d like to request a specific carer, talk to us – we’ll do our best to make it happen.

3.

Care delivery and monthly clinical reviews

Your mix of clinical, everyday and lifestyle support services commence. We complete monthly clinical reviews to make sure your care is working for you. Care plans are flexible and updated as your needs change.

Yes. If you’d like a different carer, simply let us know. We’ll work with you to make sure you’re comfortable and confident with the people supporting you.

Envigor does regular clinical reviews – usually monthly – to ensure your services are meeting your needs. We’ll also speak with you and your family to make sure you’re happy with your care and adjust your plan if required.

If your health or circumstances change, we’ll review your care plan with you and adjust your services. If needed, we’ll also help you apply for a higher level of funding under Support at Home.

Yes. Envigor schedules your services around your routine and preferences. Some services, like clinical care, may need to follow a set schedule, but most lifestyle and everyday support can be flexible. And we’ll always get in touch if we need to reschedule a service.

You’ll have a dedicated Care Services Manager and a Care Co-ordinator, both of whom you can call directly. They’ll know your plan and situation and can make changes, book services or answer questions.
