Is home maintenance covered under Support at Home funding?
Partially. It’s included in the everyday support category of the Support at Home program but attracts a means-tested co-payment.
Can you organise tradespeople for bigger jobs?
Yes. For tasks outside regular maintenance, we can arrange trusted local contractors and coordinate the work for you.
Do you do gardening and lawn care?
Yes. We can include mowing, trimming, and outdoor tidy-ups as part of your plan.
Can I choose what work is done and when?
Absolutely. We’ll agree on the tasks, schedule and level of support that suit you best.
Do I need to be home while maintenance is done?
If you prefer, yes. But many clients choose to have us complete the work while they’re out. We’ll always confirm what you’re comfortable with.
