At the heart of Envigor's care philosophy is one word - choice.

Since 2012, we’ve offered flexible, local and personalised care so people can keep their independence, dignity and connection to their community.
Each Envigor team is small and individual-focused, led by a local Care Services Manager who knows every client personally. We believe care should feel human, so you’ll always speak to someone who knows you, and be cared for by a familiar face where you live.

Our dedicated teams are at the centre of what we do
Each Care Services Manager across Queensland leads a small, dedicated team who know their clients personally and care deeply about their wellbeing.
All of our care staff hold a minimum Certificate III in Individual Support, ensuring professional, safe and skilled care at every visit.
Our teams include registered nurses, support workers, lifestyle assistants and social companions – all chosen for their compassion and commitment to helping others live with dignity and independence.
We invest in ongoing training and development so every client feels seen, supported and genuinely cared for.
