Support at Home is the Australian Government's home care funding program
The Support at Home program gives you flexible options to match your care needs. It’s split into three areas:
Clinical support – fully funded
Independence support – co-payment required
Everyday support – co-payment required

Support at Home also offers some flexible funding beyond the eight levels:
Restorative care – up to 12 weeks of short-term help to regain independence after illness or hospitalisation.
End-of-life care – extra support for people who wish to remain at home in their final months.
Assistive technology and home modifications – separate funding for equipment and home changes that make living at home safer and easier.

Apply for an assessment – Start with My Aged Care to check your eligibility, or call them on 1800 200 422.
Have your assessment – An assessor visits you at home to understand your needs.
Receive your funding level – You’ll be assigned one of eight Support at Home funding levels.
Choose your provider – Talk to Envigor about your care plan and commence your home care.
How it works
1.
Start with your aged care assessment
Visit My Aged Care or phone 1800 200 422 to request an assessment. Once you’ve been assessed and know your Support At Home level, we’ll use your assessment to build a care plan that makes the most of your funding.
2.
Get to know your local Envigor care team
Our experienced Care Services Manager and Care Co-ordinators will pair you with friendly qualified carers in your area. If you’d like to request a specific carer, talk to us – we’ll do our best to make it happen.
3.
Care delivery and monthly clinical reviews
Your mix of clinical, everyday and lifestyle support services commence. We complete monthly clinical reviews to make sure your care is working for you. Care plans are flexible and updated as your needs change.
