- We coordinate visits from doctors and other medical professionals including physiotherapists, dieticians, podiatrists and occupational therapists.
- All your regular health and wellness checks including constant monitoring of your health and well-being at all times.
- Assistance with suitable diets, syringe drivers and other nutritional monitoring requirements.
- Ongoing medication management.
- Care of any wounds and care of your skin.
- Administering injections, such as S8 medications.
- Catheter requirements.
- Dementia care and nursing consultation services.
- Specialty clinical nursing equipment such as lifting hoists, hospital beds, pressure relieving mattresses and syringe drivers.
- Oxygen equipment as needed.
- Palliative care.
- Case management and care planning.
All Envigor registered nurses pass a current federal police check, meet our qualification requirements and undergo professional skills maintenance including:
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Advanced medication management
- Demonstrated knowledge of Community Care Common Standards and Residents Rights and Responsibilities
- Evidence of participation in Continuous Professional Development.
- Other competencies that we test annually include current CPR training, manual handling and infection control.
