Hello! I am Rebecca, Care Services Manager for Bribie Island and Caboolture.
I have come through the ranks from a Lifestyle Support Assistant to a Coordinator and now as a Care Services Manager. I enjoy working for Envigor and truly believe in the Envigor core values of Integrity, Family, Caring and Team.
Working my way up from a support worker to Management has given me the insight, knowledge and understanding that every client is unique and will require individualised supports tailored to their specific needs.
It is important to my team and I that both clients and their families are guided and supported though their journey with the utmost care and respect.

I had the pleasure of helping a gentleman who was the sole carer for his wife who had dementia.
His wife’s care needs were vastly increasing, and she was becoming very dependent on her husband. This was affecting her husband’s health and he was becoming stressed.
I took the time to make a friendship with his wife, this included colouring in, listening to music and going for walks. Once I built that trust and friendship, she allowed me to help her with her personal daily care needs. This took the pressure of her husband and they were able to enjoy quality time together in their own home.
