At Envigor, we pride ourselves on doing things a little bit differently. For us ageing or living with a disability is a life process. They are not diseases to be treated or conditions to be managed. Human beings should not be defined by their frailty or disability, nor should the services they receive.
First and foremost, we respect your choices. Our visit schedules are developed entirely by you, meaning that the services you receive are designed by you, for you and provided at a time that suits you.
We want to know who you are. We take the time to really get to know you, what you like, what you don’t like, what you want and how you prefer to receive our services.
Your Envigor team will become familiar and trusted faces with whom you feel comfortable. You will never be a name on a list. Where possible we provide continuity of carer, meaning the people who visit to provide you with services are people you know and who have visited before.
Flexibility is our speciality. We know that everyone is an individual and that not all needs fit neatly into programs and packages. We’re genuine and responsive, with appointment times to suit you, even around the clock, 7 days a week.
We also believe in connecting with you, your family, your GP and other services involved in your care. It’s important to us that everyone is on the same page supporting you to live your life.
We work hard to make sure our services offer value for money. We are committed to keeping our administration costs as low as possible to make sure that you have as much money available for your care as possible.
