Hi, I’m Michelle and I am proud to be the Envigor Community Care Business Partner looking after the Central Queensland region. Envigor has a great reputation and I’m very proud to be involved with their vision and growth in the future.
For me, the best part of my job is being able to give people choices on how they wish to live their lives as they age and to be able to support them along that journey. Allowing them to live with dignity and be treated with respect.
I come from a human resources and management background and have 20 years’ experience as a certified trainer and assessor. I have a good understanding of the My Aged Care assessment process and I’m passionate about helping people get the most out of their package and get the care that’s right for them. I am approachable with good communication skills and am always available to answer your questions about any aspect of your care.
Being able to make a difference to someone’s life on a daily basis, no matter how big or small, gives me immense satisfaction.

Michelle, Envigor Home Care Community Care Business Partner for Central Queensland, explains how she helped a client navigate the My Aged Care system and get the most out of her package:
“Many of our clients have been ACAT assessed but not yet taking up services from a home care service provider. In these cases, I really love being able to get their package organised and start them off receiving the care they need.
One such client had been assessed in July 2017 but hadn’t taken up any services. I was able to go through My Aged Care and sort out the issues and they were soon receiving the support that they required. The client was so appreciative of my efforts and it was truly a feel-good moment!”
